Halliburton employee awarded SPE Distinguished Membership

The Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) has given Mohamed Y. Soliman a Distinguished Membership award at the SPE ATCE annual conference in New Orleans.

HOUSTON -- The Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) has given Mohamed Y. Soliman a Distinguished Membership award at the SPE ATCE annual conference in New Orleans. Soliman, a chief reservoir engineer in Halliburton’s completion and production division, is also an adjunct professor at the University of Houston.

Soliman was recognized for significant, diverse, and consistent contributions to the oil industry technical literature, leading contributions to diagnostic testing, and service on many SPE committees.
