OMS appoints operations manager

ABERDEEN -- Offshore Marine Services (OMS) has appointed Steve Zehenny as operations manager. He will be responsible for running OMS's new office in Abu Dhabi. Zehenny will focus on business development in Abu Dhabi and across the Middle East region.
