Hess names VP and treasurer

NEW YORK -- Hess Corp. has named Sachin Mehra as VP and treasurer effective March 1, 2008. Mehra replaces Robert J. Vogel, who retires from Hess after 18 years of service.

Mehra joined Hess in April 2007 as VP and deputy treasurer. He previously worked for 10 years at General Motors in a variety of treasury-related functions in New York, Singapore, Brussels, and Shanghai.
