NOIA elects chairman, vice chairman

The National Ocean Industries Association board of directors has elected Galen Cobb as chairman and Matt McCarroll as vice chairman for the 2020-21 term.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The National Ocean Industries Association (NOIA) board of directors has elected Galen Cobb as chairman and Matt McCarroll as vice chairman for the 2020-21 term.

They were confirmed in their positions during a virtual board meeting today.

Cobb is the vice president of Industry Relations for Halliburton.

McCarroll is the founder, chairman, and CEO of Fieldwood Energy LLC.
