HOUSTON -- ARKeX has acquired ARK Geophysics. According to the company, the acquisition creates the world's only independent service company specializing in both gravity gradient imaging and conventional gravity and magnetics.
The deal has doubled the company's capacity in data processing and interpretation. It has also provided a non-exclusive data library and brokerage business.
"The acquisition of ARK Geophysics allows ARKeX to reduce processing and interpretation time for our clients and aids our future expansion plans," says Gary Jones, chairman of ARKeX. "We are very excited about the future possibilities and welcome the wealth of knowledge and experience this acquisition will bring."
