RPSEA has announced the second release of requests for proposals (RFPs) for the ultra-deepwater program.

SUGAR LAND, Texas -- RPSEA has announced the second release of requests for proposals (RFPs) for the ultra-deepwater program.
To allow for electronic receipt processing, individuals are encouraged to submit a proposal well in advance of the April 20, 2009, 4 p.m. CST deadline.
