SINGAPORE – The JF Moore Grouphas enhanced its Loss Adjusting and Claims consulting services with the establishment of a global partnership with C Solutions (Asia) Ltd., which includes legal and claims consultants.
This partnership adds additional expertise and facilities to the group in order to handle all types of marine and energy claims for specialist insurance markets and protection and indemnity claims (P&I) clubs. The strategic alliance was formed in Singapore between C Solutions Group and JF Moore International Inc., and the new entity of offshore surveyors and energy adjustors is called Moore Energy Solutions (MES).
MES enhances JF Moore’s existingclaims handling capabilities, and provides a marine and energy claims and loss prevention teamwith particular serviceto the Asian, as well as the global, marine, energy and insurance markets. Headed by James F. Moore II in collaboration with Christopher Beesley, the new entity will offer timely loss adjusting and claims consulting services.
This alliance is associated with SE Asia Claims Solutions (P+I correspondents and liability claims specialists) and CSL Group (cargo consultants and surveyors). It has a combined network of more than 62 offices in 33 countries, and will focus on providing a comprehensive service that will offer legal expertise, claims handling, adjusting and technical services to ship owners, charterers, shippers, offshore operators, and insurers.
