Beach to sell interest in BMG

All material conditions in relation to Beach Petroleum's sale of a 10% interest in the Basker-Manta-Gummy (BMG) joint venture in Bass Strait to Sojitz Energy Australia Pty Ltd., have been satisfied and completion is planned for late April.

PERTH, Australia -- All material conditions in relation to Beach Petroleum's sale of a 10% interest in the Basker-Manta-Gummy (BMG) joint venture in Bass Strait to Sojitz Energy Australia Pty Ltd., have been satisfied and completion is planned for late April. The sale is worth $A123 million ($115 million).


The transaction remains subject to government approval.
