SINGAPORE – PACC Offshore Services Holdings (POSH) has entered into a joint venture with the Saudi Arabian Hmood Al-Khalaf Group.
POSH views the country and theMiddle East region as a key growth market for its platform supply and light construction accommodation vessels, some of which are operating on long-term charters offshore Saudi Arabia.
Hmood Al-Khalaf is one of the country’s chief marine transportation specialists.
