LIMASSOL, Cyprus — Pelagic Partners has acquired a 20% stake in Golden Energy Offshore Services (GEOS), an offshore support vessel operator/owner based in Alseund, Norway.

Following the private placement, led by Pelagic investor Oaktree Capital Management, the company has become GEOS’ second largest shareholder.

GEOS, which is listed on the Oslo Euronext Growth Market, claims to operate one of the industry’s youngest PSV fleets.
