Petronas Carigali completes transfer of ownership in O&M company

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia – Petronas Carigali has completed the transfer of its entire ownership in E&P O&M Services (EPOMS) to Janamurni Sdn. Bhd.

EPOMS, owned by Petronas subsidiary E&P Venture Solutions (EPVS), provides operations and maintenance services for all floating facilities, including associated flowlines and pipelines, offshore Malaysia.

Under the sale and purchase agreement signed by EPOVS late last year, all EPOMS staff employment contracts will transfer to the new owner.
