RIO DE JANEIRO – Petrobras has initiated the binding phase related to the partial sale of certain interests the company holds in four concessions in the deepwater Sergipe-Alagoas basin off Brazil.
These are the exploration, development, and production rights in BM-SEAL-4, BM-SEAL-4A, BM-SEAL-10, and BM-SEAL-11.
At this stage of the project, the company is issuing process letters to qualified interested parties with instructions about the divestment process, access to a virtual data room containing more information about the fields, and guidelines for conducting due diligence and submitting binding proposals.
