Offshore staff
OSLO, Norway – DONG E&P Norge has approval from the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate for exploration drilling in the southeastern Norwegian North Sea.
The jackupMærsk Giant will drill well 3/7-8 S on production license 147, which DONG operates in partnership with Bayerngas Norge.
The acreage is south ofTrym field and comprises block 3/7 on the median line with Denmark. This will be the fourth exploration well drilled on the license.
