A subsidiary of New Fortress Energy has agreed to a three-year charter for the Energos Freeze FSRU offshore the Dominican Republic with Energía 2000.
The 125,856-cu-m vessel will be located at an LNG import terminal at the port of Pepillo Salcedo (Manzanillo) and is due to start operations in September.
It will provide LNG regasification to support power generation and industrial energy demand.
