BERMUDA -- StatoilHydro has awarded BW Offshore a letter of intent to use FPSO BW Carmen in the North Sea. The FPSO will be modified to fulfil client requirements prior to conducting well testing in the UK sector, according BW Offshore.
BW Carmen is scheduled to begin operation as an Anti Pollution Testing Vessel (APTV) in August 2008.
