SHARJAH, UAE – Lamprell (Ticker: LAM) has completed construction of the jackup drilling rig Greatdrill Chaaru ahead of schedule.
Construction was achieved within 18 months of initial steel cutting.
TheLeTourneau Super 116E (Enhanced) class jackup will sail to its drilling location in India within the next few days. Owner Greatship Global Energy Services will deploy the rig under a contract for ONGC.
