    BW Offshore enters short-term O&M arrangement for Côte d’Ivoire floater

    OSLO, Norway — BW Offshore has completed the sale of the FPSO Espoir Ivoirien to CNR International for a total consideration of $20 million.

    The company will continue providing transitional operations and maintenance (O&M) services over a period of up to five months.

    The turret-moored FPSO, which operates at the Espoir Field offshore has an oil processing capacity of 45,000 bbl/d, gas handling at 80 MMcf/d, water injection at 120,000 bbl/d, and crude storage capacity of 1.1 MMbbl.
