Prosafe has issued updates on the status of its offshore accommodation/support rigs.

STAVANGER, NorwayProsafe has issued updates on the status of its offshore accommodation/support rigs.

The Safe Zephyrus is currently at a yard in Norway preparing to start a contract in 1Q next year for bp, to support the Seagull-ETAP tieback in the UK central North Sea.

The Safe Caledonia will remain operating for TotalEnergies at the Elgin platform in the same sector until the end of this month. The Safe Boreas has departed CNOOC’s Buzzard field complex and has been taken to a yard to prepare for a contract for ConocoPhillips at Ekofisk in the southern Norwegian North Sea, starting next spring.

Offshore Brazil, the Safe Eurus resumed operations for Petrobras in mid-September after being taken off-hire briefly due to a technical issue. The Safe Notos is also contracted to Petrobras in Brazil until at least Nov. 19.

Finally, the Safe Concordia will remain on duty off Trinidad and Tobago until Dec. 23, with options for the client to extend the contract further.
