SKUDENESHAVN, Norway – Solstad Offshore ASA has received contracts awards for two of its construction support vessels (CSV).
Manor Renewable Energy has contracted the CSV Normand Fortress for operation at a UK offshore wind farm. The contract is scheduled to start in October 2021, in continuation of the contract with MHI Vestas. This will keep the vessel fully utilized into 1Q 2022.
An unnamed international seabed seismic company has contracted the CSV Normand Mermaid for a deepwater ocean bottom node baseline survey project offshore Angola. The project is expected to start in 2Q 2021.
The combined utilization for the two contracts is expected to be around 300 days.
