ABERDEEN, UKExpro Group and FTAI Ocean will jointly provide an integrated package of full light well intervention services to the subsea sector.

Under an exclusive three-year agreement, FTAI Ocean, a subsidiary of Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors, will make available the DP-3 M/V Pride well intervention vessel.

The full offering for riserless and riser-based well intervention and P&A projects will cover marine and ROV spreads, well intervention, wireline, e-line, coilhose, subsea well access, hydraulic intervention, well planning, execution and offshore well management.

Expro’s services include deployments of its riserless well intervention and intervention riser system equipment.

All services and technologies under the alliance will be supported by FTAI Ocean’s well intervention smart tower system, which has been designed, tested, and classed to DNV standards. This will be installed on the M/V Pride.

The system can operate in water depths up to 1,500 m (4,921 ft) in riser mode and 2,500 m (8,202 ft) in riser-less mode.
