Wellpro, IPI enter well intervention collaboration

ABERDEEN, UK – Wellpro Group has signed a collaborative agreement with Inflatable Packers International (IPI).
The agreement enables the thru tubing and well intervention provider to enhance its existing portfolio and offer IPI’s products along with operational design, technical support and field personnel to run and deploy the technology at the well site.
Wellpro Group CEO Jim Thomson said: “The new comprehensive service commencing initially from the Middle East, then Asia, will allow us to offer a further product line to our business. It will also enable our customers to access a more complete well intervention package, including conventional inflates, thru tubing, fishing, milling and complementary services from a single source. This will save them time and money.”
