Polvo field FPSO secures seventh extension offshore Brazil

OSLO, Norway – BW Offshore has signed an agreement with PetroRio for a one-year extension for the lease and operation of the FPSO Polvo.
The firm period has been extended to 3Q 2021 (from 3Q 2020), with options until 3Q 2022.
According to BW, this is the seventh extension for the vessel that operates on the Polvo field in block BM-C-8 of the Campos basin offshore Brazil.
