MILAN — Falck Renewables has rebranded as Renantis, boasting "sustainability at its core."
This company said this is a new chapter for the group, following the acquisition - through Green BidCo S.p.A. - by institutional investors, of which J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc. is adviser, and the subsequent delisting of the company.
The branding project was developed through a bottom-up process, which involved internal and external stakeholders, with the aim of bringing together within the brand the founding values of the group, recognized by all.
"Renantis" is an abstract word inspired by the Latin word "renovare," which means "to renew."
