Offshore staff
ESBJERG, Norway — Parkwind has awarded Semco Maritime a service contract for the Arcadis Ost 1 wind park in the Baltic Sea, northeast of the German island of Rügen.
During 2022-2027, Semco Maritime will perform servicing on the project’s offshore substation. The company also has been designing and implementing all electrical systems during the construction phase.
The contract includes scheduled and unscheduled service and maintenance, corrective maintenance and monitoring and on duty call concerning potential malfunctions or disruptions.
Following commissioning in late 2023, the wind park should deliver 257 MW of power to the European grid.
