ÅLESUND, Norway — Norwind Offshore has entered into an agreement with Navigare Capital Partners for an issue of shares in the company, according to a recent Norwind Offshore news release.
“The investment into offshore wind support vessels is an important next step in our strategy and commitment toward net-zero emissions," said Henrik Ramskov, managing partner with Navigare Capital, a Danish investment fund that specializes in investments in maritime assets.
Norwind Offshore CEO Svein Leon Aure added, "Having Navigare Capital on board as a shareholder enables [Norwind] to carry out its growth strategy and is an important milestone in our development of becoming a leading company within offshore wind."
