Subsea 7 has completed the merger of its offshore fixed wind business with OHT ASA.

LUEMBOURG – Subsea 7 has completed the merger of its offshore fixed wind business with OHT ASA, and will name the new entity Seaway 7 ASA.

The assets include Seaway Offshore Cables GmbH, Seaway Aimery, Seaway Moxie and Seaway Phoenix.

Stuart Fitzgerald is the nominated CEO.
