Harbour, Wood enter North Sea support partnership

ABERDEEN, UK – Harbour Energy and Wood have formed a five-year strategic partnership for Harbour’s UK North Sea operations.
It includes a new master services agreement and associated contracts valued at about $330 million.
Wood will provide engineering, procurement and construction, and operations and maintenance services, including digital and decarbonization solutions, for Harbour’s operated field developments such as J-Area, Greater Britannia Area, Solan and the Armada, Everest, Lomond and Erskine hubs.
The arrangement includes the potential for five one-year extensions.
