Kistos assessing potential gas purchase in Shetlands area

LONDON – Kistos has confirmed that it is participating in a process organized by TotalEnergies to sell certain gas interests west of Shetland.

According to Kistos, this is one of various opportunities it has assessed over the past six months as it seeks to develop growth through acquisition.

Should TotalEnergies select the company as its preferred bidder, Kistos would fund any acquisition from its existing resources.
