Tailwind transfers Conwy field to Eni

LONDON – Tailwind has completed its sale to Eni of its full interests in the Conwy field in the East Irish Sea, including decommissioning, and in compliance with all regulatory conditions.

Last month, Tailwind acquired Decipher Energy its subsidiaries, gaining a 100% operated interest in the producing Orlando oil field in the UK northern North Sea.
