    Tailwind grows UK North Sea portfolio

    Tailwind Energy has agreed to acquire North Sea E&P independent Decipher Energy, subject to statutory regulatory and government approvals.

    LONDON – Tailwind Energy Ltd. has agreed to acquire Decipher Energy Ltd.

    The company said the acquisition will allow it to continue to deploy its strategy of exploiting organic production and near-term reserves growth opportunities while building out its portfolio.

    The transaction is subject to statutory regulatory and government approvals.

    In February 2021, the Oil and Gas Authority approved Tailwind’s development plan for the Evelyn field in the UK central North Sea.
