ADNOC, Petronas form wide-ranging collaboration

ABU DHABI, UAE – ADNOC has entered a strategic framework agreement with Petronas to investigate collaborations across the full oil and gas value chain.
This is the first-ever agreement struck between the two companies, which ADNOC said supports its 2030 strategy of maximizing value from its portfolio.
They will examine opportunities for joint programs in the exploration, development, and production of conventional and unconventional hydrocarbon resources in Abu Dhabi.
Other areas of mutual interest include identifying technology solutions for hydrogen and R&D in enhanced hydrocarbon recovery and carbon capture utilization and storage.
