MOSCOW – Rosneft and PetroVietnam have agreed to cooperate on hydrocarbon exploration and production in the Pechora Sea offshore northern Russia.
The two parties also signed a memorandum of understanding for Rosneft’s potential acquisition of a stake in the production-sharing agreement forblock 15-1/05 offshore Vietnam.
