BP completes offshore Indonesia license purchase

SINGAPORE – KrisEnergy has completed the sale to BP of its 30% interest in the Andaman II production-sharing contract in the Malacca Strait offshore Kalimantan, Indonesia.

The consideration for the disposal is $15 million, subject to a retention sum of $1.7 million.
