Afentra confirms entry to two offshore Angola blocks

Angola’s Ministry of Mineral Resources, Oil and Gas has approved Afentra’s acquisition from INA-Industrija of a 4% stake in offshore blocks 3/05 and 3/05A.

LONDON — Angola’s Ministry of Mineral Resources, Oil and Gas has approved Afentra’s acquisition from INA-Industrija of a 4% stake in offshore blocks 3/05 and 3/05A.

Afentra (Angola) negotiated terms with INA last July.

The company is now working with INA to formally complete the deal.
