Granherne to perform Browse LNG study

HOUSTON –A study to develop the topsides and substructure for the Browse LNG "Browse to Burrup" option was awarded to Granherne and WorleyParsons Select. KBR also said it expects subsidiary GVA Consultants to provide services in Phase II of the study.

Browse is a joint venture among operator Woodside, BP, BHP Billiton, Chevron, and Royal Dutch Shell. It is offshore Australia and holds gas reserves estimated at 20 tcf.
