Trelleborg installs system for Maersk

HOUSTON -- Trelleborg Offshore has installed Elastopipe, a corrosion-free fire safety deluge system, on Maersk’s FPSO Ngujima-Yin off Western Australia.

Trelleborg’s Elastopipe replaced carbon steel pipework on seven modules. The system was installed in under three months, without disrupting the vessel’s oil and gas production schedule.
