ABERDEEN, UK – Petrofac will extend its operations and maintenance services to Repsol Sinopec Resources UK in the North Sea.
Under the terms of a modified agreement, the contractor will provide these services to six further Repsol Sinopec facilities in the UK central North Sea.
Around 200 individuals supporting the Claymore, Tartan, Clyde, Montrose, Arbroath and Bleo Holm platforms will transfer to Petrofac, following a transitional period.
Petrofac already supports six Repsol Sinopec UK assets, as well as providing engineering support for brownfield modifications across the operator’s North Sea portfolio.
Offshore personnel will be supported/deployed via Petrofac’s 24/7 Operations Hub.
