Tamar exports first gas to Jordan
Noble Energy and its partners have started the first exports of Israeli gas from the offshore Tamar field to industrial customers in Jordan.
During 1Q, drilling of the Tamar 8 development well was completed, with production flowing in early April.
At theLeviathan project, development activities and project spend have started, with drilling in progress on two of the four first-phase production wells. These will have combined flow capability of 1.2 bcf/d.
Offshore Equatorial Guinea, the company has executed a unitization agreement with the partners of block D for the Alba production-sharing contract.
Noble’s interest in the Alba field is now slightly lower, at 33%.
