The Offshore Footless Loading Arm (OLAF) has been specifically developed for LNG transfer between an FLNG vessel and a conventional LNG carrier. The OLAF design is able to accommodate the large elevation differences between the FLNG deck, where it is based, and the LNG carrier piping connection.
