Pioneer Natural Resources USA Inc., and Mariner Energy Inc. have awarded Technip-Coflexip a $35-million contract to design, procure, commission, and install a pipeline system comprising 32 miles of 10-in. rigid pipe and hydraulic control umbilical between two subsea wells and the Falcon's Nest Platform in the Gulf of Mexico. The Falcon field is in East Breaks Blocks 573 and 623, in 389 ft to 3,475 ft water depth.
