Agreement signed to develop Bohai

Sept. 9--Sino-American Energy Corp. signed a supplemental development agreement with the Chinese National Offshore Oil Corp.to develop the CFD 11-1 and 11-2 fields in block 04/36 in Bohai Bay, China. The partnership also signed letters of intent to lease an FPSO and to construct the offshore facilities with Chinese contractors.
