    SCAN to acquire 2D offshore northern Peru

    Gold Oil Peru has given SCAN Geophysical ASA (SCAN) a confirmation and a Letter of Intent (LOI) for the multi-purpose 3D/2D vessel M/V SCAN STIGANDI to acquire 2,000 km (1,243 mi) of 2D data over block Z-34 offshore northern Peru.

    OSLO -- Gold Oil Peru has given SCAN Geophysical ASA (SCAN) a confirmation and a Letter of Intent (LOI) for the multi-purpose 3D/2D vessel M/V SCAN STIGANDI to acquire 2,000 km (1,243 mi) of 2D data over block Z-34 offshore northern Peru. Vessel mobilization is set for late April after completion of its current contract offshore Ecuador.
