PGS to conduct 4D survey offshore Brazil

OSLO, Norway – Petrobras has commissioned PGS for a 4D survey over the Roncador and Albacora Leste fields in the Campos basin offshore Brazil.

Acquisition is expected to start in 2Q 2022 and be completed in 3Q 2022.

The Albacora Leste field is about 120 km (75 mi) from Cabo de São Tomé in water depths ranging from 1,000 to 2,150 m (3,281 to 7,054 ft). The 511.56-sq km (197.51-sq mi) field is in the northern area of the Campos basin.
