    Petrobras proceeding with talks on Albacora sales

    RIO DE JANEIRO – Petrobras’ board has approved the start of negotiations for the sale of its interests in the Albacora and Albacora Leste fields offshore Brazil.

    Consortia led by PetroRio have submitted bids for the fields, both in the Campos basin.

    Depending on the terms of the contracts negotiated, there could be a final round of offers, Petrobras added.
