BERGEN, Norway – Shearwater GeoServices has secured a 3D seismic acquisition contract offshore South Africa.
The Amazon Warrior will acquire more than 6,000 sq km (2,317 sq mi) of 3D data over a four-month period.
According to the company, its Amazon class vessels provide a stable platform for seismic acquisition in the challenging sea conditions that prevail offshore South Africa.
