Shearwater awarded North Sea Ivar Aasen 4D survey

BERGEN, Norway – Aker BP has contracted Shearwater GeoServices for an ocean bottom seismic (OBS) 4D survey at the Ivar Aasen field in the Norwegian North Sea.

Shearwater will allocate its SW Cook and SW Tasman vessels, using proprietary technology, for the one-month campaign which should start this spring.
