OSLO, Norway – The boards of TGS-NOPEC and Spectrum have approved and committed to a final merger agreement and merger plan, in line with terms first announced earlier this month.
They will now submit the merger plan to the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, and anticipate completion by around June 21.
