NOV orders FES connectors for North Sea Culzean

    National Oilwell Varco has contracted FES International to supply equipment for use at the Maersk Oil-operated Culzean field development in the UK central North Sea.

    ASHINGTON, UK – National Oilwell Varco has contracted FES International to supply equipment for use at the Maersk Oil-operated Culzean field development in the UK central North Sea.

    The scope comprises the following automatic diverless bend stiffener connectors:

    • 6 x 34-in. female connectors
    • 2 x 4-in. male connectors and sleeves
    • 2 x 6-in. male connectors.
