Offshore staff
ASHINGTON, UK – National Oilwell Varco has contracted FES International to supply equipment for use in the Maersk Oil-operated Culzean field in the UK central North Sea.
FES will design, manufacture and supply automatic diverless bend stiffener connectors in the following configurations:
- Six off 34-in. female connectors
- Two off 4-in. male connectors and sleeves
- Two off 6-in. male connectors.
Culzean is a high-pressure/high-temperature gas field, 225 km (145 mi) east of Aberdeen in a water depth of 90 m (295 ft).
