NESBRU, Norway -- Bridge Energy has been awarded license P 1738 in the UK North Sea. This is a “promote” license with an initial two-year term.
The permit includes block 49/13, which Bridge originally applied for under the UK’s 25th Licensing Round. The acreage includes the Rotliegendes Arizona and Nebraska prospects.
Bridge’s work program involves obtaining 300 sq km (116 sq mi) of 3D seismic and reprocessing 100 sq km (38 sq mi) of 3D data.
